PaddleForm stores recordings, routes, available heart rate, notes and reviews on your devices. Apple Health receives workouts when you grant permission.
Weather providers receive a location and time to supply conditions. Support files are shared only when you choose to export them.
Apple handles subscription payments. RevenueCat receives purchase information and a generated app identifier to manage Pro access. PaddleForm does not send your routes, heart rate or notes to RevenueCat.
PaddleForm sends selected app actions, Watch failure categories and transfer backlog summaries to TelemetryDeck when configured. A generated identifier links feature use with RevenueCat payment events.
If you share Pro feedback, your selected reason is included in usage analytics.
Website visits
The website sends page views, language and focused viewing time to TelemetryDeck. A temporary identifier changes on a new page visit; the site uses no analytics cookies or persistent visitor ID. Hosting services process network request information to deliver and secure the website.
Messages you choose to send
App and website feedback sends the text you explicitly submit to TelemetryDeck. A message can contain personal information if you put it there. Drafts, recordings and health data are not attached automatically. Optional support exports contain only the material you select and are encrypted before you choose where to share them.
Your choices and retention
Change location, motion and Health permissions in your device settings. Delete saved paddles in PaddleForm; Health records and device backups are managed separately through Apple. We retain feedback while addressing it, and service or purchase records as needed to operate the app and meet legal obligations. Provider retention settings also apply.
Privacy questions
Use the support form for privacy questions or requests to access, correct or delete information. Include a contact address if you need a reply. We do not sell your workout data or use it for advertising. Apple, RevenueCat and TelemetryDeck may process service information in other countries under their respective privacy terms.
